Robert
Capoferri built Marble Crafters USA, literally, stone by stone with
the vision of being the regions premier tile and stone company. Bob
began the business in 1982 as Capoferri Tile and Marble, a one-truck
operation. His unyielding commitment to quality, craftsmanship and artistry
drove a rapid growth of the company. Within six short years, through
the virtues of sheer word of mouth recommendations, the business grew
to six trucks and over 12 employees. In 1988, with a growing demand
for fabrication capabilities, Bob opened his first physical location
in West Chester, Pennsylvania and changed the company name to Marble Crafters
USA.
A compelling desire in the marketplace for unique stone products and
skilled craftsmanship has continued to fuel a dynamic growth at Marble Crafters
USA. Today, the company has over 100 employees and operates from a new
50,000 square foot facility in Trainer, Pennsylvania just 5 miles south
of Philadelphia International Airport.
